Attention partners…. Here’s some info. in regards to the Trunk-or-Treat …..October 12,2024

Please read ! 

Place -

Ad-Tech Coating Solutions 

110 South Votech Dr. , Watertown 

* setup 

     - Will start at 3:30 pm and must be ready to go by 5:45 pm- 

* Please provide own tables, candy, generator if you have one  , chairs or whatever you feel you need to display your trunk.

*Advertise 

     - You may advertise your trunk however you would like . Banners, flyers, business cards etc..

        Note- If displaying a banner , please have a light to shine onto it so people can read it.

* Trick or Treaters 

      - Please have provide  candy for 500 kids 

* Non- perishable food donations

    - Will be collected, Watertown and Ixonia food pantry will have a representative on-site to collect these items.

Most spaces are first come, however I do have certain spots for certain participants based on the space size needed.

Sensory Friendly Hour: Please have no flashing lights, no mask on, no music and feel free to place candy on table for those that will participate this hour.
